Job Description:
Bondex, an professional logistics service provider, is seeking an experienced, customer service driven import/export operator to join our team. To be the operator we need, you must be very detailed and organized, and be able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-pace environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the daily dispatch schedules of air shipments, factoring in customer requirements, type of trailer, and Flight cut off timeline.
Monitor workflow to achieve maximum trailer utilization by consolidation service ad cargo load plan.
Communicate with customers and internal co-workers about dispatch schedule, pick up/deliver time and any exceptions, keeping open lines of communication to provide updates as necessary.
Handle after-hours emergency calls from customers and internal co-workers.
Resolve customer issues/problems.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Exprience in dispatching service in the high value equipment industry preferred, or other comparable industry.
Strong communication, organizational & time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with the ability to work as part of the service team.
BIlingual in English and Chinese
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
