Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales support,
completing the required pre-sales and after-sales technical support tasks.
2、Handle training and commissioning at the
customer's site to ensure proper product usage.
3、Summarize quality problems, provide
feedback to related departments, collaborate on RMA process.
4、Generate and update technical support
materials.
5、Organize and enhance the pre-sales and
after-sales service process for energy storage.
6、Responsible for after-sale maintenance, as
well as maintenance and management of North American warehouse equipments.


Job Qualifications:
1、Educational background: College degree or
above; Science and engineering background, with a preference for majors in
electrical, power electronics, software, or electrochemistry.
2、Strong service orientation, effective
communication and coordination skills, and problem analysis and solution
abilities.
3、Proficient in English or Spanish.
4、Two years or more of experience in Sales
Engineering, Field Application Engineering (FAE), Quality Management,
After-sales, Customer Service, or related fields.
5、Hold a US visa and be open to long-term
business trips.
6、Possess a valid driver's license.
