Import Operation Coordinator (HIH Overseas Business Unit)


Job Description
1) Daily order
taking from customers and filing;
2) Daily order dispatching to operation departments or vendors;
3) Track order fulfillment progress;
4) Input order information into project management system;
5) Generate report from the system upon project manager"s
instructions;
6) In time reporting for any service or operation issue;

Compulsory Qualificaiton
1) Fluent
speaking and writing in English with Chinese as mother language;
2) Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications;
3) 1 year and above experience in customer service rep.;
4) Good record of integrity in past working experience;
5) Positive attitude of teamwork;
