About Liuyishou Hotpot:
Liuyishou Hotpot, founded in China in 2000, is a global leader in the hot pot industry, renowned for its unique fusion of traditional Chinese cuisine and modern dining experiences. In 2014, we established our North American headquarters and opened our first restaurant in North America. Since then, we have built a robust operational network, including a central kitchen and large-scale food processing facility, and now proudly operate more than 25 restaurants across North America.
About this Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as FOH Staff. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.Address guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.Promote restaurant specials and provide basic menu information.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a FOH or in a customer-facing role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Mandarin is required.Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
