Job Title 职位: Sales Coordination Manager销售协调经理

Position Summary 岗位概述
This position serves as a liaison between the post-production end and logistics end. It ensures that acceptable levels of quality and service are maintained and minimizes disruption. This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and Support and shipment of Aerial Work Platforms as well as spare parts. Activities, creating bill of ladings for shipments, updating daily production spreadsheets, reports, reconciling invoices, and other administrative functions. 该岗位是生产后和物流端的联络人,以确保此环节内的工作质量和顺利进行。向销售和支持总监汇报,对整机、配件的物流发运、创建单据、监管发货运行情况,定期形成报告,并核对发票内容,以及其他行政支持类工作职能。


Essential Functions 主要工作职责

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.

Salary Range: starting $60,000 based on experience

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Location
Dallas TX or any new location designated by LGMG North America.
Qualifications
1. In-depth working experience and understanding of construction equipment - specifically aerial work platform - industry and markets.
2. Prior work experience in a logistics environment.
3. Knowledge of principles and methods for communicating, scheduling, and following up with products or services.
4. Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP, CRM, and office productivity software familiarity.
5. Self-motivated with good time management skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or GED. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with MS Office, internet, and other computer applications.
