Responsibilities:
Assure all the inventory accuracy. Reconcile inventory and adjust as necessary.
Run on going routine daily, weekly, monthly and cycle counts.
Coordinate with logistics, production, and customer service to ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Ensuring that up-to-date inventory and product information is available.
Record all inventory changes and input inventory data in the system
Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments with the carriers
Create and file for all inbound and outbound shipments
Support the business with any necessary logistical product movements in the field.


Qualifications:
2 years relevant logistics, order management & inventory control experience required;
HS Diploma/GED required.
Above average detail orientation
Strong ability to multi-task and utilize technology for organizing large amounts of data
Working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Word and Excel; familiarity with QuickBook or other similar system preferred
Competencies (Abilities): Communication, Strong Team player, Organization, Attention to detail, Operation/Process Management Related experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent assignments.
Bilingual-Chinese is preferred.

Salary: $45,000-50,000/year
