Job Title: Technical Support Specialist 产品售后技术支持

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling post-sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels. Your main responsibilities will include:
－ Providing product usage guidance
－ Assisting customers with product component replacements
－ Diagnosing and repairing product malfunctions
－ Handling product returns and exchanges


Requirements:
－ Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese 可以中英文无障碍沟通；
－ Strong comprehension abilities to accurately and quickly understand customer inquiries 理解能力强，可以准确和快速的理解客户提出的问题；
－ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly and concisely explain solutions to problems 表达能力强，可以清晰和明确的说出问题的解决方法；
－ Strong organizational skills to handle multiple support cases simultaneously 具有很强的条理性，能够同时应对多个Case
