Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant. This role will primarily involve assisting in various marketing activities, including client communication, social media management, basic accounting tasks, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients to schedule meetings and follow up on inquiries.Screen clients' qualifications and provide initial assistance as needed.Manage content on Facebook, Instagram, XiaohongShu and Wechat platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Assist with basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll, and invoice management.Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for meetings, pitches, and reports.Organize information and maintain databases to ensure efficient workflow.Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus but not required.
