运营经理 Operation Manager：

岗位职责
l 负责配送团队的招聘，管理，培训，绩效考核
l 根据日常数据的统计及分析提高配送团队的工作效率，提高用户体验度
l 处理日常运营过程中出现的各类突发状况
岗位要求
l 头脑灵活、能够创新工作，具有较强的团队管理能力
l 中英文流利，良好的沟通、协调和组织能力，内部资源整合调配能力
l 较强的执行能力和推动能力；具有良好的语言表达能力
l 熟悉平台类电子商务运营的相关知识，责任心与目标感强，能承受压力和挑战

Responsibilities
l Responsible for the recruitment, management, training, and performance appraisal of the delivery team
l Analyze and statistic data to improve the efficiency of the delivery team and user experience
l Dealing with unexpected situations during daily operations
Requirements
l Good at innovation and manage team
l Fluent in English and Chinese, strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
l Strong executive and promotionability
l Familiar with the operation of the e-commerce platform
l Responsible and purposeful, able to suffer from pressure and challenges
