Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop graphics, user interfaces, and other design elements based on user needs analyses, design prototyping, and evaluation.
- Design and conduct user research activities at regular scheduled intervals throughout the development process using modern methodologies, including stakeholder interviews and usability tests.
- Create and deliver records, notes, and electronic artifacts collected during design and usability research.
- Convert research findings, user needs and feedback, and business requirements into actionable tasks in collaboration with extended team members and stakeholders.
- Iteratively prototype and build clean and intuitive user interfaces and workflows from low-fidelity wireframes through high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- Maintain user-interface and design patterns based on live style guides to support user experience (UX) consistency across all products and throughout the system lifecycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Design Suite, or other design software
- Experience creating storyboards and site mapping
- Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Design Suite, or other design software
- Ability to articulate design requirements to be used by the development team
- Experienced in applying responsive web design techniques to mitigate cross-browser and cross-device inconsistencies
