诚招文员/Dispatcher

岗位职责
1.能够及时并密切关注各航空公司，仓库和货运公司的交付情况，并能确保细致并高效的提高交货和交付流程。
2.实时密切的关注和跟踪任何正在进行的装运计划，并快速的处理任何可能出现的问题，保证公司的正常运作。
3.随时拨打航空公司和发送电子邮件，与各大航空公司取得联系，以便追踪异常状态的货物。
4.收集仓库回执，并及时反馈给客户

岗位要求：
1.有责任感和上进心，可以配合其他同事完成文员的日常工作。
2.性格外向，可以快速的接受新鲜事物，工作细心。
3.需要中英文双语，并能快速的学习并投入工作。
4.需报税

工作时间：

周一至周五 9:00 -18:00


Job Description:
Our company is recruiting a bilingual OFFICE operator to handle high-volume shipments for Import Cargo arrangements to ensure a seamless and timely pick-up and delivery operation. This position requires close collaboration with the warehouse and each airline. The role will provide a wealth of expertise about the importing process, making it an excellent opportunity to learn about this industry for those interested in logistics.

Responsibilities:
*Data Entry: Gathering, verifying, and entering information on all shipments into the system.
*Keep a close eye on the status of air shipments with the respective airlines, warehouses, and trucking companies to ensure an effective and efficient pick-up and delivery process.
*Keep track of any ongoing scheduled shipments and address any issues that arise.
*Emailing and calling airlines to track down abnormal shipments
*Etc.

Requirement:
DETAIL-ORIENTATED
Working in a high-pressure environment
Excellent communication ability
Proficient in Microsoft office tools
